Is there any risk involved in un-locking IDEOS currently offered by Ufone and ZONG. I have read somewhere that phone will not function if you try to unlock it. Unlocking is to over come network lock. After unlocking can i use the sim of another network. Well the IDEOS if purchased alone from market does require unlocking.

hi, ideos zong is very nice mobile. Processing is very fast if you compare with the price range with Nokia mobiles like 5230 or 5233.
It has wifi, fast GPS, 3.5 camera, super touch screen, bluetooth and offcourse it has special software Android. From Android market you can easily install free of cost softwares such as Quran, dictonary, skype, maps and social networking software. I am really happy to have it and i recommend all of those bro and sisters who are wasting there money on nokia mobiles... Tariq

it is better set in low price, its battery capacity is near about 1300 mh .so talk time or standby is better. it has gps, wi-fi, 3.15 mp camera,256 mb ram with 567 mh processor then speed is very very better .
so all my friends i suggest you that this set get early after launching. if anybody know more or confusion about huawei ideos then pls immediate mail me . if you know about launching or where get this set ,then e-mail me

yeah but still look at the price from Zong - 16k! most affordable new Android phone.
Is it available in mass market other than from Zong? like Hafeez Centre ? I've heard its intl price is less than Rs.10k! Zong is charging too much for it.

Its battery life is not good and 568mb of processor along with 256 mb ram gives a choppy performance. Another bad point is the absence of flash support, so u cannot stream videos. So in my opinion its not enough good.

i saw it on commercial in pakistan Zong has released it with contract. having 6 months 6 gb free internet package.
i think its will be a market breaker phone for zong and Huwai in Pakistan.
