Camera's internal video recording functions of 3gp, x263 and mpeg4 with normal (low), high and fine resolutions are operable only on 3gp of low resolution. Beware and check before buying this model.

The 630 has functions for video recording in 3gp, x263 and mpeg4 formats with normal, high and fine resolutions. Nonetheless, only 3pg recording with normal resolution is operable. The sales personals at Maesai, where I bought it on the 5th of July 2553(2010 this very month), reported this was normal function of the lens as each model works differently. The same answer was also given to me on the 15th July by the IMoble service counter at BigC department store in Chingrai, that every time I do shooting in x263 or mpeg4 it would shoot at 3gp of normal (low) resolution. Now I can do nothing about it. Our family also has 620 model that works fine at 640x480 resolution.
