• Every time you dial *111# or call at 123 to check the remaining balance, you are charged 0.12 Rs +tax.

• Prices are included with applicable taxes (if any).
• The customers can subscribe and consume internet offers in both 2G and 3G networks. These offers can be consumed at 3G speed within 3G network and at best possible speed within 2G network.
• Overage of Rs. 0.30/MB is applied for all 3G bundles.
• The customers dial bundle status codes for FREE to check the remaining MBs and their validity.
• Actual Internet speed will depend on multiple factors like device, web pages accessed, time of day, number of simultaneous users, distance from 3G site etc
• 3G and video calling services will work on existing SIM card. The customers will require 3G enabled device and remain in 3G coverage area to get enjoyment of Jazz 3G services. To check coverage of 3G area, the users need to dial *443*1#
• Offered internet bundles will not auto-subscribe and these bundles can be subscribed again after expiry of the bundle.
• If you do not subscribe to any bundle, the base rate i.e. PKR 3.59/ MB will be charged. Charging pulse will be 512 KB.
• 12.5% withholding tax is applied on recharge / bill.
• 5% service charges and 5% operational fee can be applied on recharge and 19.5% FED is applied to use this service in Sindh, KPK, Punjab and Balucistan.
• 5.11% service charges and 5.11% operational fee is applied on the recharge and 17% FED is applied to use this service in Federal Territory, AJK, FATA and Gilgit Baltistan.
• 2.14% higher prices will be charged in the areas like FATA, Federal Territory, AJK and Gilgit Baltistan.
