Terms & Conditions

Here are the terms and conditions for Nayatel services:

1. Additional 5 GHz Access Point: To achieve full speed on 50 Mbps and above packages via Wi-Fi, it's recommended to use an additional 5 GHz Access Point.

2. Carry Forward Volume: When upgrading to Unlimited Packages, any remaining volume from existing plans becomes obsolete. Transfer or reception of volume, regardless of usage, is not possible.

3. Subscription Limit: Unlimited Bundles cannot be subscribed to on Unlimited packages above 20 Mbps.

4. Multiple Connections: Customers requiring more than one connection on a single ONT should send an email to [email protected] for assistance.

5. Limit Lock Exclusion: Limit Lock feature is not applicable on unlimited packages.

6. Service Termination: Nayatel reserves the right to terminate services without prior notice in case of any misuse of Nayatel Connection.
