Terms & Conditions

1. Wi-Fi Speed Enhancement: For customers subscribing to packages with speeds of 50 Mbps and above, it is recommended to install an additional 5 GHz Access Point to fully utilize the available speed over Wi-Fi connections.

2. Volume Carry Forward Policy: Upon upgrading to Unlimited Packages, any remaining volume from the customer's previous plan becomes obsolete. Customers will not be able to transfer or receive this volume, regardless of their usage.

3. Limitation on Unlimited Bundles: Unlimited Bundles cannot be subscribed to on packages with speeds exceeding 20 Mbps. Customers can select from other available packages to enjoy the benefits of the Unlimited Bundles.

4. Multiple Connections Request: Customers requiring more than one connection on a single ONT (Optical Network Terminal) are advised to send an email to [email protected] to make the necessary arrangements.

5. Limit Lock Exclusion: The Limit Lock feature is not applicable to unlimited packages. Customers on these packages enjoy unrestricted usage without any predefined data limits.

6. Termination of Services: Nayatel reserves the right to terminate services without prior notice in the event of any misuse of the Nayatel Connection. Users are expected to adhere to the company's terms and conditions to ensure uninterrupted service provision.
