Dude there is 3G present in Qmobile A11 note.
Yes the Unofficial Upgrade to Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) works. It is a rebranding of a Taiwani mobile phone company Gionee GN800.

I feel ram 512MB is a bit low (but in this price its awsome) and screen size is larger then usual. But we tech savvy LOVE it for presentation purpose (after all Galaxy note 2 have 5.2 inch and were happy with that too).

I am looking for a touch stick for it now a days.
There is a price issue in the market i bought it for Rs. 17200/- with more than Rs. 200/- a profit margin to the shopkeeper. But its now no where available in less than Rs. 19500/-
